When people have Beowulfs and ammo to shoot out of them, we can't sell KA-0450's quick enough because everyone wants to tame the recoil. However, its much easier for clowns such as yourself to point the finger at the small company that is providing an accessory rather than the main company that is erratically supplying the rifle and ammunition for the platform. If they wanted KA-0450's available whenever they needed them, they could have bought 250-500 at a time. We're not going to prioritize something that sells solely based on another company's delivery schedules. Its a simple matter of economics, if we're making KA-0450's then we're gonna be tied up making them for about two months. This would basically mean having to keep 500 brakes at $130/ea on the shelf year-round just in case AA decided to place an order.Ĭonsidering they are the ONLY supplier of Beowulfs and the ammo that goes with them, its not reasonable to expect us to stock a pile of brakes that ONLY fit their gun for the random 25-50 unit order that was going to be sold at dealer price (not much profit margin). Second, they wanted to order them 25-50 at a time at random intervals. First, they didn't like the dealer price on the KA-0450. The reason that AA doesn't carry the brake anymore is two-fold.

As much as I'd like to tie up $50-75K worth of inventory waiting for AA to ship ammo, we generally wait until we have about 150-200 people on the waiting list to minimize how much $$$ we're tying up. The reason we don't have KA-0450's in stock year-round is because AA ships ammo and uppers rather sporadically. Wow, since you obviously don't know WTF you're talking about, let me spell it out for you. Gave me a headache on my pistol build so I switched to the tank brake, which doesn't work as good but directs nothing at the shooter. It directs significant noise and blast back to the shooter though. Otherwise the Millenium brake is the best performing factory one.

When you read his version of the story, it is also chocked full of excuses of course, which seems to be a long running problem with the company The Kings Armory brake used to actually be the factory brake, but AA dropped him when he kept missing delivery dates for them too.

When I was looking to get one I gave up at least 6 months after his expected date for the next batch and all the excuses that all boiled down to he gives making these pretty low priority (when something else comes up he needs to make, these brakes get bumped another month back to the end of the line, make new excuse why they are another month late, rinse/repeat next month). When not in stock he is also known for making false promises and BS excuses for when they will be available.

The Kings Armory brake is the one everyone always raves about, but the guy who makes it is known for making only small batches.
